I then learned that if I faced my thoughts and the stuffs that made me nervous, I could get hold of control again and not be blocked by my Anxiety Attack.

Over comming anxiety can be achieved, once you start to get an awareness of what is producing your anxiety, you can then learn some handling skills to help you overcome your Anxiety and Panic Attacks.
